Sitting in Service for Carers

Sitting-in service for carers provided by Home From Hospital Care for Sandwell residents who have recently been discharged from City Hospital and for all Birmingham residents discharged from a Birmingham Hospital. This service will be weekly visits for up to two hours for six weeks to allow carers to have a break, rest, attend medical appointments or do anything else which they feel might be beneficial to them.
