Rights & Equality Sandwell offer harassment and discrimination advice and provide free telephone advice and casework support to individuals who live and / or work in the borough of Sandwell that have experienced discrimination or harassment in employment, education, housing, policing and access to goods and services. The advice provided covers all the protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010 which include: Race, Religion, Age, Disability, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Pregnancy & Maternity, Marriage & Civil Partnership and Gender Reassignment. We can assist with form filling, letter writing, signposting to relevant agencies and preparing cases for Employment Tribunal. We also work with relevant agencies to eliminate all of the above.
