At St Albans we offer a free, independent and confidential advocacy and support service called Caring In A Crisis. We help the people of Sandwell to resolve many issues and problems e.g debt, benefits and housing. The service operates from our community centre in Smethwick and is run on an appointment only basis. We have a friendly team who have been very successful in attaining the best possible solution for our clients. If you would like to know more or would like to book an appointment please contact our support workers.

Staff qualifications St Albans Community Association is Matrix accredited and has achieved PQASSO Level 3 in quality assurance. All staff have relevant individual qualifications for each service area.

About the organisation

Provides a wide range of educational, recreational, social welfare and leisure activities for a diverse clientele, including elderly and disabled people and young people. Also a daily luncheon club open to the community
