This Grade II listed former music hall, on Thimblemill road, offers a range of leisure and fitness facilities. Its gym boasts the lastest resistance equipment and CV equipment with inbuilt TV screens and iPod docks. The centre has two swimming pools, recently refurbished pool changing rooms with coin retain lockers charged at 20p and hairdryers, a dance studio and sauna and steam rooms. A small seating area is available in main reception foyer with a selection of vending snacks and drinks machines. There are limited parking spaces at front of building with additional parking at rear of building a short walk from the main entrance. Disabled parking spaces and bike racks are also available.

About the organisation

Has a mission of creating an active Sandwell. Manages 9 leisure centres & 1 golf course. Provides a range of sport & fitness activities including fitness classes, fit'n'well gyms, swimming instruction,children's holiday activities. We have established a subsidary company, Sandwell Arts Trust, to manage The Public in West Bromwich on behalf of Sandwell MBC
