Join us for Parkinson’s Social at The Dorothy Parkes Centre! Are you living with Parkinson’s, or supporting someone who is? Come along to our friendly and welcoming Parkinson’s Social, where you can meet others, share experiences and feel part of a supportive community. This month, we’ll be joined by PAL – Purposeful Active Living, who will be leading some gentle balance and strength exercises with the group. It’s a great opportunity to get moving, try something new and have fun in a relaxed, supportive environment. Parkinson’s Social is open to people living with Parkinson’s as well as family members, friends and carers. It takes place on the first Monday of every month from 11am – 12.30pm and is FREE of charge. Future dates - 2nd November and 7th December. No need to book – just come along! Whether you're newly diagnosed, have been living with Parkinson’s for some time, or support someone who is, you’ll receive a warm welcome. We look forward to seeing you!
