Join Alison of “Make Good Arts” for a fun interactive and practical course that that is ideal for people wanting to learn a new skills or refresh those skills, make friends, feel connected to others, feel less lonely and share conversations. No experience needed full support to learn is provided. Gaining confidence in using a sewing machine? Refreshing your sewing skills? Making a series of practical items in a structured programme of activities either for yourself, or sew for other good causes? Spaces are limited, so booking is essential. Refreshments provided. This activity is made possible through the generosity of Harborne Parish Lands Charity.

About the organisation
North Smethwick Development Trust provides provides a range of local services and activities from Brasshouse Community Centre. It operates as a development trust and is concerned with the long term rengeneration of the North Smethwick area using an independent community led approach. Its founding ideas are to: facilitate the residents of North Smethwick to actively participate in, and contribute to, the process of improving the qualityof life in the area.
