Once you have been assessed and we have agreed how we are best able to meet your needs, our service offers you a choice of treatments either through a range of individual and group talking therapies. Anyone receiving one of our options for therapy can also access 1-1 support from an Employment Advisor if they choose. - Guided self-help: For anxiety, low mood, and other difficulties. - CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): Including computer-aided CBT. - EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing): For trauma. - Counselling: For depression. - Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT): For relationship difficulties. - Couples Therapy: For depression. - Online Tools: Access therapy digitally, anytime

About the organisation
Sandwell Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression offers brief psychological therapy for people experiencing common mental health problems such as low mood, depression, anxiety and stress. If you are 16 or over and registered with a GP in Sandwell, we can help.
